Terms of Service

By accessing or using Hostify services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

To use Hostify services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

You agree not to use Hostify services for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Activities: Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harmful Content: Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringement: Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Abuse: Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or spam
• Fraud: Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• System Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resource Abuse: Using excessive resources that disrupt services

Hostify and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the services
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or create using our services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services to you.

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account:

• Fees: All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Billing Cycle: Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, all sales are final. Contact support for refund requests.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the dashboard
• Contacting our support team

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hostify disclaims all warranties including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or computer damage
• Unauthorized access to your data

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for material changes

Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
